  • You can format your text using different fonts, sizes, and colors. The toolbar above the text box offers various formatting options, including bold, italic, font size, and color.

Step 5: Adding Links and Social Media

  • To add a link, highlight the text you want to link and click the link icon in the toolbar. Enter the URL and click ‘OK.’
  • You can also add social media icons by inserting images and linking them to your social media profiles.

Step 6: Inserting Images or Logos

  • Click the ‘Insert Image’ icon to add images or company logos.
  • You can upload a photo or provide the URL of an image hosted online.

Step 7: Saving and Applying Your Signature

  • After customizing your signature, ensure you click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the Settings page.
  • Choose the email signature you want to use as a default for new emails and replies/forwards.
