This page is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by an attorney before relying on it, particularly if you collect payment information, serve visitors outside Ohio, or take on clients with their own data-processing requirements.
These terms govern your use of digitalatmospheres.com. By using this site, you agree to them. They do not, by themselves, govern any software development or managed IT services agreement — those are covered by the separate written proposal or contract you sign with us.
Use of this site
You may browse this site and use its contact and scheduling tools to reach us about our services. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty on site content
We keep this site reasonably current, but the blog content and service descriptions here are informational, not a substitute for a scoped proposal. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote or contractual commitment; that comes from a signed, written agreement.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to Digital Atmospheres LLC unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to link to it; you may not reproduce substantial portions of it elsewhere without asking us first.
Third-party links and services
This site links to and uses third-party services (for example, our call-scheduling provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Digital Atmospheres LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Ohio law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
